How it Works:

We've got your back, no matter what. If you face a payout dispute or service issue with a partnered firm, we'll mediate directly on your behalf. If all mediation fails and you were unjustly wronged, we'll reimburse all your fees for the affected purchase(s).

How it Works:

1. Submit your dispute through our Purchase Protection form.
2. Our team reviews and contacts the firm directly.
3. If mediation fails, you'll be fully reimbursed for that purchase.
