Research and Data Updates
Our comparison and directory data is researched using prop firm websites and official help-center documentation as primary sources. SmartPropFirm may earn referral fees from partner links. The directory's default view shows partner firms; traders can include other listed firms with the unverified-firms control.
Firm terms can change. A visible Last verified date is published only when an editorial verification date has been explicitly recorded for that profile; system build or deployment dates are not presented as editorial verification. Traders should confirm current prices and rules in the firm's official documentation before purchasing or trading.
Reviews, Verification, and Payout Proofs
Reviews enter a moderation process before publication. Review eligibility is tied to verified account activity or accepted order-confirmation evidence where that verification route is available. Evidence uploads are checked for the submitting user's ownership, the required evidence category, and file-scan status before they can be used by the review flow.
Payout proof is handled separately from the review text. A submitted proof is not displayed publicly merely because it was uploaded; it becomes public only through the publication process. These checks document the eligibility evidence associated with a submission and control which uploads can enter the publication flow, but they do not guarantee a trader's future results or endorse every statement in a review.
Corrections and Complaints
If you find outdated firm data, a factual error, or content that requires review, please contact SmartPropFirm with the page URL and supporting information. The same contact route can be used for complaints about published content or reviews. We assess reports against the available source material and update, correct, or remove content when the evidence supports that action.
