I bought 50k zero plan, did not pass the eval yet. over all experience has no issues with trading at all so no need for support for me, I can trade full contract of MGC my favorites and most of the instrument. better than MFFU can only allow me to do 5MGC on 50k, price is fair, I like to buy their account when only 30% and up.

I am so happy with Alpha Futures. Their growth has been so explosive, but the team handled it so well and even gave out free accounts as compensation and thanking us for staying. I love this firm, easily one of the best right now! Customer support is responsive, the only thing is right now payouts are slightly slow but still paid in 48 hours. Rules are great, and platform is smooth as silk. Overall great experience!

One of the worst customer supports I've ever seen, they never help. They'll keep you waiting for three days, not listen to a single word you say and reply that its not their problem. They keep ending tickets without actually ever helping you, each one of their workers will tell you something else and their own platform, Alpha Trader, is even worse. Too many problems and for which they will never take accountability. Accounts are not that bad but the support just ruins everything would rate 0/10 if i could

Great prop firm overall. Provides accounts with manageable rules for beginner traders and 1-2 day pass for the evaluations.

Alpha Futures has honestly been a pretty good experience for me so far. Nothing overly complicated or confusing. The rules are clear, and you understand quite quickly what you need to do. That makes it easier to just focus on trading instead of overthinking the structure. The platform itself is also smooth and easy to use. It gives you a good overview of where you’re at in terms of performance, drawdown, and progress, so you’re not constantly guessing. That part actually helped me stay a bit more disciplined because everything is visible in real time. I got funded, which felt like a nice step forward, but I didn’t manage to hit a payout this time. Nothing wrong with the system itself, it was more just my own consistency that wasn’t quite there yet. Overall though, it feels like a fair and structured place to trade. It doesn’t promise anything unrealistic, it just rewards consistency and discipline. I’ll definitely keep going with it and try to tighten up my execution so I can get to that first payout next time.

Really solid firm, great and clear rules with a great customer support! If you want a premium account, something that makes the price worth it? Alpha is the one to go. And Alpha is one of the firms that have the most payout options. The payouts are not automatically aproved, but once aproved, it takes maximum ( at least for me ) 2 days to arrive.

My overall experience with Alpha Futures has been positive so far. The pricing is competitive and offers good value compared to many other firms. I have not yet reached the payout stage, so I cannot comment on withdrawals, and I have not needed to contact customer support. The only downside I have noticed is that there is no option to trade without DLL (Daily Loss Limit) on the Zero Plan, which would provide traders with more flexibility. Overall, Alpha Futures has provided a solid trading experience and I would consider it a good choice for traders looking for an affordable futures funding program.

Alpha Futures has really nice rules and overall feels pretty trader-friendly The only thing is they are quite strict when it comes to trading during news so you really gotta watch out for that I haven’t really tested customer service so don’t really go off this Most important don’t use their new platform for now it has so many bugs Besides that, pretty solid firm.

Stay away from the Alpha Futures Zero 50k account. Honestly, the platform is just tragic. The timeframes bug out all the time, and it literally closed my positions by itself several times. It's a mega weak platform, totally unusable. I contacted customer support, but they were pretty useless. They even promised us free accounts to make up for the broken platform, but guess what? They gave us absolutely nothing. To make things worse, they have heavily hidden rules about news trading. My payout got denied because I was in a position just 2 minutes before the PMI data release—which is crazy because PMI barely even moves the market these days! They just use it as an excuse. Overall, I really do not recommend this. Total waste of time and money, find yourself a better firm.
