Alpha is a VERY wonderful prop firm, I personally had some issues on their discord/with accounts and a mod, and had a not so positive experience at first, than Matty personally reached out, we resolved it, and I'm now a happy, returning customer. I have had 5+ accounts with alpha, I think their pricing is very very great, cheaper than a lot of options out there, with very great rules, and the ability to pass in one day with the zero. My overall experience with alpha has been one of the best yet.

So I was rebilled because I forgot that I had the subscription on and I sent them an email about it. On their website it is clearly stated that there are no refunds. Nevertheless the sent half of the money back. It was a great experience with the firm. I didn't get a payout with them but I only hear good about Alpha. Also if you reach a payout the minimum balance doesn't jump to 50100 or 25100. You only lose the amount of money from your balance what you request. Great firm overall.

My second favourite prop firm after Lucid. The trading rules are straightforward, fair, and trader-friendly. I like the scalping rule where the trade can be more than 10 ticks which makes me not worry about checking every time if im following rules are not.

Support always reply within minutes, any issues always resolved fast. cant trade red folder news, if done, when requesting payout this will flag and profits from this day will be deduced and you need to make 5 more winning days to receive payout.

Good firm, multiple options to suit your trading style, really simple and easy dashboard. Everything was easy to understand and simple to follow from purchase to getting the accounts and through to seeing your stats in the dashboard. Support were also very quick in responding when I had trouble accessing my dashboard.

I believe I tested Alpha Futures during one of the worst periods for the company. At the time, their website was experiencing technical issues, and there were some order execution bugs when trading through their proprietary platform. Payouts were also a bit slower than expected. However, once these issues were resolved, my overall experience improved significantly. What stood out the most was their customer support. The team was always responsive, helpful, and willing to assist whenever problems arose. They also offer 24/7 support via WhatsApp, which is a huge plus and provides peace of mind when trading. Overall, despite the initial challenges, my experience has been positive, and I appreciate the effort they made to address the issues and support their traders.

i think alpha zero account is the most affordable account among the others, especially from the price
