Lucid is one of the newer firms in the trading space, but it has climbed incredibly fast to the top among competitors. For me personally, it is number one. Their 25k Flex accounts are the cheapest in the game, and they offer the best rules for both passing the challenge and receiving payouts. Overall, Lucid Trading stands out for its accessibility, fairness, and trader-friendly conditions.

The lucid 25k pro account is my most favorite account to trade on. You have access to the full drawdown with no DLL. You have the opportunity to pass within 1 day and trade the funded the same day. You only need 3 trading days for a payout. This account is very trader friendly I recommend everyone to give it a try.

As a trader using Lucid Trading, I benefit from a setup that actually feels built for my success rather than designed to trip me up. The biggest advantage for me is how fast payouts are—I’m not stuck waiting days or weeks wondering if I’ll get paid, because when I request a payout, it’s processed incredibly quickly, which builds real trust. I’ve been using the Lucid 25K Flex account for a while now, and my experience has been genuinely positive from start to finish. What I appreciate most is the flexibility. The rules feel trader-friendly and actually give me the freedom to execute my strategy without constantly second-guessing every move. That flexibility has made a noticeable difference in my consistency and overall confidence while trading. The 25K account size is a great balance. It provides enough capital to take meaningful trades while still being very manageable from a risk perspective. I’ve had a really solid experience with Lucid Trading so far. I’ve gone through multiple account types with them — Pro, Flex, and Instant Funding — and I’ve already received 14+ payouts, which for me is the most important factor when evaluating any prop firm. One thing I really like is how smooth the transition is from evaluation to funded. As soon as you pass an eval, you can convert it straight into a funded account without unnecessary delays, which keeps the momentum going and avoids downtime. I usually trade the 25k accounts, and that’s where Lucid stands out for me. The 25k Lucid Direct (instant funding) is one of my favorite products because it doesn’t have a daily loss limit, which gives a lot more flexibility in trade management. On top of that, being able to use up to 20 micros instead of the typical 10 offered by most prop firms is a big advantage. The payout process has been consistent and reliable across all the accounts I’ve traded. No issues there — payments come through as expected, which builds a lot of confidence in the firm. Customer support has also been on point every time I needed them. Fast responses and helpful, which is not always the case in this industry. I also used to trade the Black accounts, which I really liked, but even though they’re no longer available, I can see that some of those features have been carried over into the newer Pro accounts, which is a positive evolution. Overall, Lucid has proven to be a reliable firm with trader-friendly conditions, especially for those who value flexibility and consistency in payouts.

Lucid is top tier! Their rules are simple, the Flex lives up to the name, allows for flexibility and ease with earning payouts. Payouts hit the bank within 2 minutes (usually less) of requesting! And customer service is amazing, any time there has been a tradovate outage/issue, they always make things right for the traders and in a timely manner.

The Lucid leadership and support staff are quite possibly the most online of any prop firm - weekends, evenings, they're almost always there and ready to help. When there are platform outages, whether it's with an old standby like Tradovate or a newcomer like TradeSea, Lucid always proactively keeps traders informed and rolls back affected accounts, even granting a slight additional window of leniency beyond what times the platform team reported. AJ, Lucid's CEO, also takes every opportunity to engage with the customer community via frequent townhalls, to explain verbally the ins and outs of every new Lucid plan and changes to the plans. I appreciate that the changes are not retroactive and stay the same for prior purchased accounts. The firm is generous with frequent giveaways every time they have a townhall too. What's more, Lucid has repeatedly demonstrated that the firm values customer feedback - they added micro silver SIL after many people submitted it in their suggestion box, they brought back Lucid Pro and sunsetted the Lucid Black with changes after the reception was icy, and they dealt with ProjectX and Tradovate platform switch requests without dragging their feet. What's more, Lucid doesn't have hidden fees or activations. The only thing that I don't like - and it doesn't even affect me directly because I'm not an affiliate - is that apparently Lucid charges affiliates full price for giveaway accounts beyond their monthly quota, which doesn't make sense to me when Lucid accounts are always at least 30% off in the vault. If I really had to pull hairs, I also don't like how the Lucid loot boxes contain more coupons, but hey no other firm has fun lootboxes to begin with.

Lucid is a great firm with simple and easy rules to follow and understand. The fact that the eval payment is not monthly, but a one-time fee, is great, as it relieves the pressure of passing fast. But by far the absolute best feature about Lucid Trading is the speed of their payouts. My payout was approved in one minute and was in my bank account in less than 15 minutes. By far the best payout approval speed in the entire game.
