Never had an issue where customer support was needed. Honestly a very solid firm, have had multiple payouts with no issues. Payout processes within a few hours and have never had an issue where I was denied.

By far all around the best prop firm around. Rules are simple, super fast payouts, have yet to face any issues with Tradesea. Thought topstep was the best before I faced a ton of issues with there software, along with never getting compensated with issues that came up.

Lucid being a relatively new firm on the trading industry has impressed me by having really fast payouts and great pricing with competitive rules in the eval phase but even on the funded phase aswell. And with having frequent sales I was able to stack a few accounts for cheap. Overall a great experience and I hope they continue like this!

Review of Lucid Prop Firm In my experience, Lucid Prop Firm is honestly one of the best prop firms out there right now. The pricing is extremely competitive — probably some of the best on the market — which makes it much easier to scale and manage multiple accounts without overpaying. What really stands out to me is how fast the payout process is. Withdrawals are processed very quickly, which is a huge advantage compared to many other firms where you can end up waiting way too long. Overall, the combination of low costs, fast payouts, and smooth experience makes Lucid a top choice for me. Definitely one of the most reliable prop firms I’ve used so far.

Lucid is hands down the best prop firm I've used. The biggest thing about them is the payout speed. I’ve had payouts hit my bank account in literally 2-4 minutes. It’s insane how fast their automation is compared to other prop firms. The trading rules are fair and transparent, so I never feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Customer support is also super responsive when I’ve had quick questions. If you want a firm that actually respects your time and pays instantly, this is it. Highly recommended.

When I first bought my first 100k eval, there was a Tradovate outage, which caused orders to not be able to be closed, and it caused me a huge loss. I contacted support, and they confirmed that all traders affected by the outage would have the positions reversed, and my losses were reversed! Getting in touch with a customer support agent would be the only deduction, because it did take a while for someone to come to the online chat support, but that is the only negative about customer care. As for the overall user experience, it has been great. The discord is extremely active and supportive, and mods are available to help at any time in the questions channel. They also do giveaways in the town hall live streams in the discord with free accs and the lootboxes that were given to every single lucid user. The amount of giveaways, discounts, and promos they run is far beyond any other prop firm. They seem to really invest in keeping us happy and building a strong and loyal user base. For the payout process, I have taken 7 payouts now and all were sent to me within 30 minutes of requesting. There is literally nothing else to say about this process bc it has just been flawless for me. Finally, for the trading rules, I have only done lucid flex and i think the 50% consistency on evals is fine, bc you really shouldnt be passing an eval in one day anyways. If you are a disciplined trader it should take like 2-5 days. Oh but you can only have 5 funded accs max which is kind of low. I would love to have 10+ lucid funded accs butttt whatever. Overall, Lucid is probably the best firm out there on all fronts and i havent had any issues with them so far

This is the best plan I have used in lucid or any other firms. Rules are simple and price and discount offered by the firm is the best.

My experience with Lucid trading has been awesome! From Trading Rules to the Payout process is top notch. I highly recommend this firm to anyone starting to experienced traders.

Used lucid for some time now and im really happy with the 50k flex, easy rules not strict at all and everything is so smooth and easy including the instant challenge to funded when passed no need to wait really long.
