I started out trading around 9 months ago without any idea what I was doing or even how to work the charts. I tried a few different prop firms to explore but I found the pricing system with lucid the best by far. I managed to get a payout from them after 3 months and it was in my UK bank account within 24 hours, which gave me even more motivation to do well with them. although I can't really give an accurate reflection on the customer care as I haven't interacted with the team too much, I am a part of the discord channel and all questions thrown at the moderators are answered swiftly and clearly. would highly recommend this prop firm.

I feel lucid is one of the best value to payout ratio firms out there. I mainly look at how fast a firm sends a payout and lucid is one of the best when it comes to payout speed. I've been trading with Lucid for 9 months now and had multiple payouts. They are without doubt the best value for money in the futures space. Lucid Flex is an extremely strong product, the closest thing to real trading, minimal rules, no consistency. Customer service are efficient, they remediated an account creation issue I had within hours enabling me to be ready to trade NY. Payout speeds are unmatched!

Lucid is a great platform, clean and easy interface dashboard. Great for both beginners and experienced traders. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Lucid Trading. They have been operational for barely a year, but their plans are excellent. I particularly like the new Pro plans. For starters I would recommend going for the 25K plan as it's the cheapest. With the new pro plans, you can request a payout within just 3 days, including the time taken to pass the evaluation. The payout speed is top-notch. Additionally, the new Live plans are fantastic, and the option to have multiple live accounts (just like TPT but without the intraday trailing in funded stage)is great.

One of the best future prop firm i have traded. Everything is excellent, including the terms, service, and payout speed. My $50,000 account passed it and was upgraded on the dashboard; it got funded in ten minutes. When I got to the payout step, I was quickly authorized and received my money in two days. I used smart code to purchase a lucid account. After receiving my payout, I received points, which I used to purchase another lucid challenge.

Honestly a great firm! Everything works basically instant, the rules are ok. If you pass the Eval you can go on trading the fundet accounts minutes later. Apart from all that I have to say that the price is really great! One time pay and no activation fee or that type of bs whatsoever.
