The customer support team is excellent always responsive, professional, and willing to help. Everything is clearly explained in the FAQ, leaving no room for confusion or hidden conditions. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Lucid Trading. Honestly, Lucid Trading has been awesome. The platform is super easy to figure out, the rules make sense, and I’ve never had to stress about payouts they’ve hit my account insanely fast, sometimes the same day. I also love how flexible their programs are and that they give such a generous profit split. It really feels like they’re on the trader’s side, which is rare in this space.. no complaint so far for me..

I had a great experience with this prop firm. I first heard about it because a friend recommended it in the general chat on the SmartPropFirm Discord server, so I decided to give it a try. I purchased an account, and within just one week I had already reached my first payout. The whole process was smooth and exactly as expected. One thing that really impressed me was the crypto payout. I chose to be paid in Bitcoin, and I received my BTC in just 1–2 days. I've never experienced payouts in crypto currences! Another big plus is the customer support. They were always available and responsive, both through the website and on Discord, answering my questions quickly whenever I needed help. I havent had a payout with Lucid so just B for now, A+ for fast upgrading to funded account after pass eval in minutes. Customer service takes a little long to communicate so B. And last but not least, trading rules are straightforward, so A.

Great firm to work with. The payout is the fastest I have ever experienced. There are no crazy rules, no recording your trades, no unrealized drawdown, and just full transparency of all rules and regs. this is the only firm I do business with now.

Lucid provides a very good trading setup with great platform integrations and fair EOD drawdown rules. That said, two things drag the experience down: their customer service is slow to respond, and the payout caps on funded accounts are far too restrictive when trying to withdraw gains. Great execution environment overall, but support and payout flexibility need serious work
