I have no problems to report from Lucid so far other than the fact I had a SAVE50 coupon that was set to expire 7/29/2026. I tried to use the code at around 6pm EST on 7/29 and it said the coupon didn't exist, even though in my vault it said it was still active. Support told me there's nothing they can do about it. Can't complain too much because Lucid is so generous with giveaways, discounts etc. I got funded with them twice but didn't reach a payout. Looking forward to getting more accounts with them next time I can get 40+ % off. Pretty cool that they have the real time updates on dashboard and ability to activate your funded account pretty much as soon as you meet the criteria.

Lucid Trading is a genuinely strong firm. Support was fast and actually helpful, the dashboard was clean and stable, and the payout process was one of the smoothest I have dealt with. Payouts were approved in minutes, not days, and the money moved when it was supposed to, which is more than I can say for most firms in this space. The reason I no longer trade with them is the shift to LucidMaxx-only accounts, which run evaluation straight to live. For how I trade, I would rather spend that same cost on evaluations at other firms and collect payouts along the way, rather than pay up front for the straight-to-live structure. Nothing wrong with how Lucid treats traders, it just does not fit my approach anymore. If the LucidMaxx straight-to-live model works for you, this is an easy firm to recommend. Fast payouts, solid support, clean platform. For me it came down to account structure and cost, not anything the firm did wrong.
