Overall Experience: A very solid firm Time Trading: 6+ months Accounts Used: 25k & 50k Flex, 25k Direct Account Types & Rules: I have been trading with this firm for over six months. In my experience, the Flex accounts offer the best rules across both the evaluation and funded phases. The Direct account is also a great alternative if you want to skip the evaluation phase entirely. Platform Dashboard: The dashboard does occasionally experience minor synchronization glitches, but it is nothing major that disrupts trading. Customer Support: I had a minor account activation issue that took them a day to resolve. The back-and-forth communication with support was very slow, which is definitely an area for improvement. Conclusion: Overall, despite the slow support, it is a pretty solid prop firm to trade with.
