Overall Lucid Trading is the best propfirm of the entire prop industry, I think they can still do more on there payout cap but its a great firm.

I’ve been with Lucid since the first day they opened. I had a good feeling about them early and decided to trust them, and they’ve since risen to the #1 prop firm on this site for good reason. Their rules are clear, their payouts are extremely fast, and they don’t play shady games with traders. A lot of prop firms eventually ruin themselves by making dumb decisions, changing terms, creating unnecessary restrictions, or looking for ways to avoid paying people. Lucid has consistently been smarter than that. They seem to understand that treating traders fairly and simply running a good business is the best long-term strategy. I’ve also been with them through problems that weren’t entirely under their control. The ProjectX rollout was a mess, but Lucid went above and beyond to make the situation right. How a company responds when things go wrong tells you more than how it behaves when everything is easy, and Lucid has repeatedly impressed me in that regard. They communicate well, constantly ask the community for ideas, create some of the best account rules in the industry, meme hard, and—most importantly—pay out fast as hell. My one criticism is how live-account transitions are handled. For a smaller trader trying to grow gradually from one account to three and eventually five, being moved live can disrupt that process and cause other accounts still being built to get wiped out. This happens at many firms, but it still sucks, and I wish someone would finally get that part right. Other than that, Lucid is easily my favorite prop firm. A+, #1, and genuinely deserving of its ranking.

I traded for lucid for more than 3 months, never had a problem so didn't use customer support before... The trading rules for the flex are just great, 1 very good day and base hits and you have your payout, the first payout is slower but after that, you get your payouts in literally 5 min, which is Craaazy. I really recommend this prop firm, currently the Top1, no wonder why.
