When I request a payout, the funds hit your bank account in seconds. I also like their Pro evaluation funded activation feature that is truly real time. Within minutes of passing the evaluation, a funded Pro account is activated! Unlike another prop firm where their one day-pass evaluation is actually not same day or instant activation even though they advertise that it’s “instant funded activation.”

Overall great experience. Easy to set up the accounts and to verify your ID before payouts. I didn’t need customer service, so I don’t know how they are, but looking over all, no doubt that’s also good.
