First off the customer question response is immediate. The firm has staff ready to answer all questions 24/7. The payout time is is also immediate. Every payout comes within minutes after the request. Their trading rules are fair and clear. And the dashboard allows itself to easily be viewed to see what metrics I need to hit. I'd recommend Lucid to anyone.

Lucid is definitely the best prop firm in the industry overall. My favorite features are the LUCID Cases and the Vault.

I love this firm in comparison to all of the other heavy hitters. I love being able to use Lucid on TradeSea, everything feels great. I can trade metals too, great. On top of everything else, this firm is always at the cusp of everything new within this space, when they dropped loot boxes they executed everything in such a fun fashion. Really connecting to users at a different level, the discord server highlights the community and everything is just laid out so well! You can tell they care about us as users. Lucid is a great prop firm. Easy and simple rules to follow. I love the layout of the dashboard and how it its super user friendly and easy to navigate to everything,. I have not needed to contact support for anything as of yet but, im sure that customer support is top tier. I would recommend Lucid to new beginners and experienced traders.
