If you're starting out, don't go anywhere other than Lucid. Lucid has the easiest rules, like a firm begging you to take a payout, it's very cheap, gives too much discount for the new customers for a couple of times. The rules are just the simplest, for example take 25k Flex account, you only need to make 1250 target profit, with a max loss limit of 1000. One of the lowest profit targets, if not the lowest profit target. You should use the code "SMART", you'll have the best discount (the same as using any other codes), BUT, YOU ALSO GET A FREE EVALUATION VIA SMARTPROPFIRM AFTER RECEIVING YOUR FIRST PAYOUT.

I picked the LucidFlex $50K Flex Eval after comparing a handful of prop firms, and it's been a great experience so far. The one-time fee with no monthly rebilling and no artificial time limit took a lot of pressure off. I could trade my actual setups instead of rushing to beat a clock. The 50% consistency rule on the eval is fair and easy to work with if you just spread your profit days out naturally instead of trying to force a one-day pass. No daily loss limit meant I wasn't getting stopped out by noise around news events, which matters a lot when trading NQ/ES around FOMC or CPI. The end-of-day trailing drawdown also just makes more sense than an intraday trailing stop since it lets you actually manage a trade instead of babysitting an arbitrary line. Support has been responsive, the platform integration was smooth, and the upgrade path to a funded account with no consistency rule and no payout buffer is the best structure I've seen in the industry. Highly recommend LucidFlex to anyone serious about trading futures. The Tradesea integration is a great platform to trade on too.

good firm , should do more promotion discount for flex accounts. Reduce % consitency in direct funded and lower it cost ok :)

I’ve traded with many firms and I always end up coming back to Lucid. Lucid is a great firm that has quick payouts, fair rules, and lots of promo codes and crates given.

Very good overall experience, dont like that it has less drawdown that other firms, but above that, vert happy with the firm

Unbelievably fast process from evaluation to sim funded. These guys are about as straight up as it gets. no surprises. i appreciate that the dash keeps you up to date on percentages for scalping and eval. probably the best prop firm right now

Lucid pros are good if you want that fast 1 day pass, to get to payout within 3 days with 40% consistency. I like the 25k pros since they have the best ratios to pass. Love their instant activation once you pass within minutes, and their payout is amazingly fast ACH deposit into bank within minutes.
