Hi, I have been using Lucid for quite a good bit now, have had several flex accounts, and a pro account. Lucid is most likely one of my favorite firms right now, their rules are the best among many I've seen, hence the 10, especially for the pricing. I haven't got a payout before, so cant speak too much on that, but from what I've seen, it is an extremely smooth and quick process, usually much quicker than other firms. Cant speak much on CS as I haven't had issues, but they react quick to issues

Easy to use. Had to use customer support and although it took a little while to get the information I needed, the support was thorough enough to trouble shoot really from the bottom up. Although this was not what I needed and just took extra time, I can see how this could be very helpful to many new traders.
