My KYC and payout was very smooth done in 15 min whereas I have experienced bad customer care support , when I received my first payout my lucid scale dll was different , I contacted 2 of them both didn't knew their own rules and third guy actually helped with what I need it, that took my 3 trading days , otherwise a excellent propfirm to trade with
