To be honest, it’s a really solid option and I’m glad I chose it. The rules are pretty fair. Passing the evaluation felt fair, not like some other firms that just try to trap you with impossible rules. Everything went smooth, the dashboard is nice, and payouts are legit. The only real issue I had was the customer service. Sometimes you wait way too long to get a reply from support. When you have an urgent question about your account, waiting hours is super annoying. Everything was totally git. If you have some patience for the support team, the 50k Lucid Flex is 100% worth it.

Overall Experience: A very solid firm Time Trading: 6+ months Accounts Used: 25k & 50k Flex, 25k Direct Account Types & Rules: I have been trading with this firm for over six months. In my experience, the Flex accounts offer the best rules across both the evaluation and funded phases. The Direct account is also a great alternative if you want to skip the evaluation phase entirely. Platform Dashboard: The dashboard does occasionally experience minor synchronization glitches, but it is nothing major that disrupts trading. Customer Support: I had a minor account activation issue that took them a day to resolve. The back-and-forth communication with support was very slow, which is definitely an area for improvement. Conclusion: Overall, despite the slow support, it is a pretty solid prop firm to trade with.
