It feels more like a partnership with them than a prop firm/trader relationship. They always try to help wherever they can, which is rare in the industry. For example, when Tradovate glitches, they always reset the trader accounts so that we are not affected by the glitch. Their communication is excellent in situations like these, which helps with psychology.
