No. Purchase Protection is a support program. If a partner treats you unfairly over an eligible purchase, we review the evidence and mediate with the firm first. Compensation is a fallback for eligible cases that cannot be resolved fairly, decided case by case and not guaranteed. Explore Purchase Protection for eligibility and exclusions.
No. You buy directly on the prop firm's own website and enter code SMART at checkout. SmartPropFirm then verifies the purchase, through Reward Sync or the reward form depending on the firm, and credits any rewards the firm offers.
Reward Sync can check qualifying purchases from the previous 45 days once you connect the email you used at the firm.
You earn SmartPoints on verified purchases at participating firms, on approved Payout Bonus claims and on approved reviews. They never expire, and you redeem them in the Smart Marketplace for prop accounts and trading tools.
