I’ve traded with Alpha Futures for a few weeks now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. I started using their new Alpha Trader platform shortly after it launched. Like many new platforms, Alpha Trader had some issues during the initial rollout. However, they addressed the situation by compensating traders with two free accounts, which I thought was a fair gesture. Based on my experience, they appear committed to improving the platform and resolving the remaining issues. One rule that traders should be aware of is the requirement to hold trades for at least two minutes or achieve a 10-tick profit target. For most traders who follow a structured trading plan, this shouldn’t be a major issue. In practice, Alpha Futures doesn’t seem overly strict about occasional violations, provided you’re generally following the rule as intended. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Purchasing accounts was straightforward, and traders have several platform options to choose from, including Tradovate Prop, DeepChart, Quantower, Alpha Trader, and WealthCharts. Their Discord community is also very active. The moderators are responsive, helpful, and quick to answer questions. Pricing for evaluations is competitive with other prop firms, and they frequently offer promotions through their Discord channel, making it worth joining if you’re considering an account. One feature that stands out is the payout structure. Compared to many other prop firms, Alpha Futures offers relatively high payout caps that increase over time. For example, the Premium 50K account currently has a $3,000 cap for the first payout, $3,500 for the second payout, and continues to increase with subsequent payouts. Overall, Alpha Futures has been a good experience so far. The rules are reasonable, the community is active, and the payout structure is competitive. While there were some platform issues at launch, the firm handled them fairly and continues to improve the experience.

My experience with Alpha Futures has been a tale of two different realities. On the surface, the firm presents itself as a highly professional environment. The platform dashboard is stable and user-friendly, and the trading rules are clear, fair, and easy to follow. Furthermore, the payout process which is arguably the most important aspect for a funded trader is efficient and reliable. Under normal circumstances, these elements would make Alpha Futures an excellent choice for any serious trader. However, my overall assessment is heavily anchored by a deeply frustrating experience with their customer support team. After my account was flagged for a breach, I reached out to support with official, verifiable data from Tradovate that clearly demonstrated the breach was incorrect and inconsistent with actual market execution. Despite providing this concrete evidence, including screenshots and official logs, the support team dismissed my documentation, insisting that their internal systems showed different data. It is incredibly disheartening to be told that the firm’s black-box system overrides official exchange level data. While their rules and payouts are strong, this lack of transparency and refusal to engage with verifiable proof makes it difficult to trust the firm for long-term growth. If you choose to trade with Alpha Futures, be aware that while the interface is clean and payouts are handled well, you may find yourself with very little recourse or objective support if you ever face a technical discrepancy with your account.

Reputable firm with great rules. they are the only firm which leave your remaining drawdown after payout. I really love the fact that as soon as you pass an eval you can upgrade for a funded minutes after.

Alpha really one of the top firms out there at the moment. Multiple types of accounts with rules that truly support the trader. Support has gotten much better than when I first tried them out a while back and the fact that they fixed Alpha Trader is a major plus. Could not say anything negative about them honestly.

Good solid reputed firm , rules are good as per industry standards so is the pricing , only con is the activation fee in some accounts but the payout caps are highest in industry too .

Ive found it to be a good firm, its not any more confusing than others , pricing etc. reasonable. My only "bad" experience was connecting to quantower and finding the right instruments, it wasnt as straight forward as i would have liked it, but maybe a skill issue on my end!

New platform got improved, Nice to use updates fast, not lagging. Pricing of accounts is good, and rules are fine

Great propfirm, cheap entry prices for the zero account. Never had any issues only had a question once and support helped me within minutes. Would experience to beginners to start with the zero account

Alpha Futures is an excellent prop firm to trade futures. They offer some of the largest payout cap in the industry and have their own trading platform (as well as the usual ones). I like that their live program is seriously committed to developing trades, including providing a monthly salary, which is rare. My goal is to be a live trader with Alpha Futures. While they not be as popular as Tradeify or Lucid, they are highly reputable and I expect them to grow and be considered one of the top firms in the space (which they certainly are).
