Just like Lucid, Alpha futures also was a good experience for me as a new trader in the trading industry, Although, compared to other firms, I didn't find their platform really well made but it was still manageable.

Alpha futures also i think the best option on market with lucid trading good pricing good rules not restricted i hate when i cant trade od news

I never i have problems with alpha futures it had great costumer service and they respond fast, payouts are also quick

I've been with Alpha Trader for a while now and honestly haven't had any real issues. The only rough patch was when Tradovate ended their deal and I couldn't get into my accounts for a bit, but outside of that, everything's been smooth. Support has been great. Every time I've reached out they got back to me quickly, I haven't taken a payout myself yet, but I know several people who have and they all said the process was smooth with no headaches. Would recommend.

although i had failed the evaluation it was an amazing process on trading alpha futures. they have such an amazing platform and will definitely be buying more

Best firm for straight forward payouts but NOT the best for customer service or support. They have experienced many technical issues over the last few months and they don't hold themselves accountable for any of them nor compensate their users for inconveniences like other firms do. I had an issue last month where one of my account was reflecting the incorrect MLL on THEIR portal because they moved everyone to Alpha Trader from Tradovate and data wasnt accurately synced. So I traded based on thinking my MLL was way larger than it was and breached my account because the true MLL number (which I had no access to seeing) was much closer. All they said is that I should have just done my MLL calculation manually (for an account with over 2-3 months worth of trades and payouts). No apologies or even incentives for being forced to move to their Alpha platform that I didnt choose.

The zero accounts are very good beginner accounts but if you are more advanced and know you are capable of getting higher payouts the advanced is very good

My overall experience with Alpha Futures has been positive. Alpha futures is genuinely the worst firm I have used so far. The trading rules for the premium accounts were fine but when I finally reached a payout, I never received it. It has been over a month and I still have no received it. The support is terrible too. Although they respond to support tickets and questions in their discord, the support basically does not provide any useful information at all. They copy and paste the same generic responses promising that the funds are safe and will be delivered shortly for the past couple of weeks. This was my first payout with the firm and this happens. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I have also heard from others that their new trading platform is terrible as well. Different charts compared to tradingview and even entering positions on nq but orders being placed on gold.
