I have traded both E8 cfd and futures in while the rules in cfd is good, In the futures signature account you have to build Buffer of 2k in 50k and can only take payouts from above the buffer and can never take anything from the buffer so its a hard rule for some trader but except that its a solid firm

E8 has been super solid for me -- easy to use dashboard products and reasonably priced accounts. They pay. Support is just ok, but otherwise I'm happy.

Didn't reach to payout to answer about the process - so i don't have a opinion about that. But the rules and platform very nice

My experience with E8 Markets has been fairly mixed. On the positive side, the trading environment itself was solid. Order execution was consistent, spreads were reasonable, and I didn’t experience any major platform issues while trading. The evaluation process and trading rules were straightforward, so getting started wasn’t difficult. From a trading perspective, the firm delivered what I expected. Where my experience became disappointing was with customer support. Whenever I needed assistance, response times were much slower than I would expect from a professional prop firm. Even after receiving a reply, the answers often felt generic and didn’t fully address my questions, which made resolving issues more time-consuming than necessary. One experience that completely changed my impression, however, was the support I received through SmartPropFirm, especially from Brian. After I failed my account before reaching a payout, I wasn’t sure how to proceed. Brian took the time to explain the available options, answered every question clearly, and personally helped me obtain my free account reset. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply point me in the right direction and disappear—he stayed involved, followed up throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed successfully. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. Thanks to Brian’s assistance, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and positive one. While I believe E8 Markets still has work to do when it comes to improving the speed and quality of its own customer support, I appreciated the stable trading conditions and was especially grateful for the outstanding service provided by Brian at SmartPropFirm. His willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference to my overall experience.

Decent firm with straight forward rules, I especially like the ability to get 1st payout within 3 days. However, the dashboard can definitely be better. Currently, it is a tad bit confusing navigating the dashboard. Payout request process is pretty straigh forward as well. I thought the price was relatively higher than most in the market. Overall, I'd give it a B rating.

E8 is one of the older prop firms from the CFD space and they are quite reliable. Howevver, I think the rules are not the best out there. Its still a solid prop firm and reliable but make sure you are very familiar with their rules like daily profit cap, consistency etc when you buy an account as these might be slighting different than other prop firms.

Never passed the eval of this account but the overall experience was normal. One thing I did not like was that it was a one time fee purchase, but you had to take Atleast one trade per week to keep the account active. Other then that I had no other issues with trading E8. I would recommend as an additional prop to add if you have no already maxed out on lucid/tradeify accounts.

Excellent experience with E8 Markets. Their support team is top-notch — fast, helpful, and always available when I had questions. Account delivery was quick, and everything works flawlessly from day one. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable prop firm

so after testing out like fewsprop firms futures account that specialize in real futures data feeds like topstep, apex, and myfundedfutures, looking at E8 futures via tradovate is honestly just so so only. they try to pitch their E8 Zero and SimFi models as a game changer because they give you 100% payouts and no trailing drawdown, but that 3% static drawdown limit is actually super tight when the actual futures market start moving fast during high impact data. plus the contract scaling rules on the performance accounts is quite annoying compared to dedicated futures firms since you start with way less max contracts on the funded stage, and the intraday data execution on tradovate still feel like it has some weird latency drops. at the end of the day, compared to firms that focus 100% on futures only, E8 just feel like a forex firm trying to cross over into the futures space so they end up being very average

I won an E8 Signature 50K account in a giveaway by SmartPropFirm because there is no way I am buying a funded account from E8 (CFD firm btw) unless I have maxed out every other big name prop firm like Lucid, Tradeify, TPT etc. I once had to contact support because there was a problem with my account (I don't remember exactly but I think it was market data delayed in some contracts) but it was resolved promptly. Other than the absurdly high prices, the trading rules are absolutely not trader-friendly. There is 35% consistency in funded, daily loss limit, $2000 buffer rule, min 5 profitable days, 80% profit split and payout cap is only 1250 (for first two payouts)... like are we serious!? To add the cherry on top they close your account after 7 days of inactivity like bruh what are we doing. Do you even want to give payouts? I absolutely would not recommend this shitty scammy CFD firm (just look at what happened to FundingTicks). Save your money and go for the big names in the industry.
