No doubt this is a great firm which pays extra 1k if a payout is delayed by 24h. I really appreciate that rule but there is a big issue that i faced with them i bought two accounts with just as an reserved account. I read their inactivity rules it was way confusing i thought its 30 days for Eval and 7 days for a sim funded. But it was opposite. Once i randomly i tried to login but i couldn't find my account and saw my accounts in breached or inactive accounts i tried contacting support regarding the same issue they said its written in rules we can't do aything they could have sent me a mail regarding the same issue. They could have at least sent a mail regarding account inactivity like lucid or other prop firms sent you if your account is going to be marked inactive. Anyways its a great firm if they just atleast sent a mail regarding the same issue

Great firm to start with. Never had issues purchasing, passing evals and obtaining payouts. Not affiliated. Customer care can be really slow and not really on point unless you escalate the issue, but they do their best. Extra kudos for not having a “subscription” model, meaning you don’t need to remember to cancel the evals you don’t pass. You can reset them even after a long time, should u need

Fundednext futures is pretty solid but their support response time and pickup rate is very poor. Queue times are too long to get sorted out without getting stressed out. Regardless of fast payouts, every firm must put their customer support satisfaction at a high regard since having peace of find while or before trading is a must

FundedNext has been a smooth and reliable experience overall. Support is responsive, rules are clear, payouts seem consistent, and the platform is stable. I also appreciate the regular discounts available with code SMART, which make joining challenges more affordable.

Its an okay firm overall. Don't see anything very special about it to pick this over lucid, tradeify, alpha futures, or topstep. their 25k accounts are what I used to get my first payouts but overall its a pretty average firm. they dont have any nice platform like topstepx or rithmic, and they have more rules than comparable firms with a lower payout cap. the only real advantage it has is the price which is cheaper.

My experience with the Flex $50,000 FundedNext account has been very positive overall. The platform has been smooth and stable, the rules are clear, and the support team has been responsive whenever I needed help. I am still working on my first payout with the firm. Honestly, FundedNext is a really solid choice, and this review definitely goes out to their Flex account model, which in my opinion is hands down the best variant they offer. The customer care is absolutely top-notch—easily a 10/10. Whenever I had a quick question or needed something sorted, the support team was on it immediately, super friendly and actually helpful. The dashboard and overall user experience are also really good (solid 8/10); it's clean, easy to navigate, and tracks everything you need without being overly complicated. When it comes to the trading rules, they get a strong 8/10 from me. They are fair and give you enough room to actually trade your strategy, especially with the flexibility of the Flex account. I haven't managed to get a payout with them just yet, so I can't really comment on that process from personal experience, but everything else leading up to it has been great. Overall, an 8.3/10 is a very fair reflection of the firm. If you're deciding on a model, definitely go with the Flex account!

I recently traded a FundedNext Futures evaluation account. Although I wasn’t able to pass the evaluation, my overall experience with the firm was positive. The signup and onboarding process was smooth, and the trading rules were clearly explained. I traded using Tradovate, and the platform connection was stable throughout my evaluation. The dashboard made it easy to track my progress, drawdown, and account metrics in real time. While I didn’t meet the profit target within the rules, I felt the evaluation was fair and the experience helped me improve my discipline and risk management. Customer support was responsive whenever I had questions. Already bought another on, hoping to make it to payouts this time around !

The only delay is the required wait until the trading session closes before a payout can be processed, which is understandable and clearly explained in the rules. Everything worked as expected, allowing me to focus on trading rather than worrying about technical problems or unnecessary complications. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding real-time dashboard updates. Currently, there can be a slight delay in seeing account metrics update, and having everything refresh instantly would make an already great platform even better. It’s a relatively small improvement, but it would really enhance the user experience. Overall, I’m very impressed with FundedNext Futures.
