The Lucid 50k account is pretty decent if you're serious about futures. The $50k minimum weeds out casual traders, which honestly keeps things cleaner. Commissions are competitive and execution speeds are solid—no major complaints there. The charting tools are solid enough, and the order types cover what you actually need. Risk management features work fine. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Real talk though: it's not for beginners. The interface takes some getting used to, and support can be slow during market hours. If you're just starting out, you'll probably get frustrated. Where it shines is for intermediate guys trading 10+ times a month. The fees work out well at that volume. It's not the cheapest and it's not the most advanced, but it's a solid middle ground. Worth it if you know what you're doing. Not worth it if you're still learning the basics.

I passed my 50k flex in 3 days. Didn't rush to pass in 2 days. I slowly built a balance and after 4 days the market gave me a great day. I was a ble to make it to 3 payouts with this account and Lucid payed almost instantly. Never got a payout so fast before.

The Flex account's rules are extremely clear: the evaluation phase requires a 50% consistency rule with no daily loss limit; once funded, all restrictions are lifted, leaving only the end-of-day trailing drawdown. Payouts require 5 profitable trading days, with a 90/10 profit split, and are typically processed within 15 minutes on average, with a 2-business-day maximum. Funded account activation involves no additional fees, making the process smooth. And no payout denies like some other firms.

An excellent company that stands by everything it says, which is quite rare in our time. Since I started doing business with them, I have abandoned the other companies. Something about their customer service has been a bit annoying lately, but overall, an excellent company. They pay in a short time without any problems. Highly recommend.

Lucid Flex is my favourite type of challenge. Because of their rules, fast payouts, and smooth trading conditions. Truly worth trying for every trader. In my opinion, best propfirm in industry.

One major benefit is their one-time evaluation fee, which eliminates the stress of monthly subscriptions while you're working through the evaluation process. Unlike many competitors, Lucid Trading uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown, which is much easier to handle than intraday drawdowns, particularly for Nasdaq (NQ) scalpers. The trading conditions are excellent for active futures traders, allowing scalping, swing trades, and the trading of major news events such as CPI, FOMC, and NFP. The funded accounts provide a 90/10 profit split, and you can request payouts as soon as you meet the payout requirements. The platform’s dashboard is straightforward, the rules are clear, and they support a range of platforms including TradingView, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Sierra Chart, Quantower, alongside Rithmic/CQG connections. In my experience, customer support has been responsive, typically answering questions within a day.

Had no problems with the firm. My favorite thing is the lightining fast communcation time as iut is the fastest in the business.
