I want to thank the Losd platform. The support team always responds quickly, and I’ve never had any issues. They have some of the best rules and conditions I’ve experienced. Also, when I withdrew my money, the transfer was lightning fast.

I am somewhat new to prop firms and overall Lucid has given me a great experience and it is very helpful. I gave it a little bit of a low score on Customer Care but I havn't actually contacted them much so I don't have a good answer for that.

The evaluation process is very smooth because of the well defined rules, which made it easy to plan my trading around them and pass my first ever evaluation. The flexible drawdown and profit target structure gave me room to trade freely without feeling overly restricted, and the platform itself ran smoothly with no technical issues during the sessions. I like how the profit target on a 25k flex account is less than most of the evals of other firms, props to that. Customer support is good, the AI chatbot does a good job whenever I had questions about account details or rule clarifications. Overall, the process is really transparent and fair, and passing the evaluation gave me confidence in Lucid. I'd recommend to other traders looking for a flexible funded account option. One thing that may be a good add on is making a total weekly PNL at the end of every week.
