First off the customer question response is immediate. The firm has staff ready to answer all questions 24/7. The payout time is is also immediate. Every payout comes within minutes after the request. Their trading rules are fair and clear. And the dashboard allows itself to easily be viewed to see what metrics I need to hit. I love this firm in comparison to all of the other heavy hitters. I love being able to use Lucid on TradeSea, everything feels great. I can trade metals too, great. On top of everything else, this firm is always at the cusp of everything new within this space, when they dropped loot boxes they executed everything in such a fun fashion.
