Lucid is a great prop firm. Easy and simple rules to follow. I love the layout of the dashboard and how it its super user friendly and easy to navigate to everything,. I have not needed to contact support for anything as of yet but, im sure that customer support is top tier. I would recommend Lucid to new beginners and experienced traders.

Never had issues with Lucid. Even when I couldn't see my account (which needed 5 minutes to pop up) The customer care experience which was completely AI resolved, was quick and easy. Account popped up in the time described. Payouts are always quick and the engagement has always been present. Don't ruin it, guys! lol.
