-Customer Care I never had to contact support for issues since the firm is top notch in my opinion, but if it's for questions, their AI is really good and helpful to answer and help you out with any of the issues you might encounter. -Overall User Experience I'm giving this a 10/10 since I've never had any issues with the platforms. Their website is clear and the trading platforms such as Tradovate and Trading View are really reliable. I've had no issues there with those. For those who don't like Tradovate, there's a lot of variety and you can use Trade Sea with them for example. -Trading Rules The trading rules are simple and easy to follow in my opinion, they are similar to most of the firms out there. The ones that traders needs to be careful from would be the microscalping rule and the hedging one. -Payout Process 10/10. I've taken a couple payouts already and they have all been sent to me in less than 5mins. They have a really excellent service for them. You can take your payouts by crypto or Workmarket which is pretty easy and reliable to use.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience with the $25,000 trading account. Although I wasn’t able to pass the evaluation this time, the trading experience itself was very good. The trading conditions were clear, the platform was easy to use, and I felt that I was given a professional trading environment. I would definitely consider trying again in the future and would recommend the service to other traders.

Bought two lucid flex 50k accounts last week with a 50% off discount, + amazing rules and decent website UI. I believe the best rules and value out there for propfirms. Almost up to the funded stage, not much issues so far, very smooth experience and great support on the lucid trading discord community. Also heard great reviews from others about their fast payout process, so looking forward to that.
