First off, Lucid is a top-tier firm. Their payout process and trading rules are some of the biggest things that make the firm stand out. The website is also solid—it’s fast, updates quickly, and I haven’t had issues with it being slow or glitchy. The main thing that brings the firm down is the customer service. Some support tickets can be left open for long periods of time, and if they don’t believe your issue falls within the scope of an outage or platform problem, you can sometimes get passed around between different agents. You’ll be told that your ticket is being escalated, but it can take a while to actually get a resolution. Other than that, Lucid is a very good firm overall. The payouts, rules, and platform experience are great. If they improved their customer service and response times, I’d easily rate them even higher.

One of the best if not the best starting platform for beginner/experienced traders. It is easy to understand and the customer service is accurate as well. One of the best platform with minimal eval/funded rules.

Very good prop in terms of rules and freedom. The drawdown doesn't trail intraday like some other props. I didn't manage to pass a Lucid account yet. Only thing I wish they had were accounts which you can pass in one day with the same flex rules. Overall, I would recommend

Customer support has been great, guiding through any questions. I like that you don't have to build a required buffer to allow flexibility in an early payment to lock in profits.
