Lucid has been great for me and to me with both communication to any questions i had. the trading rules to the flex plan are pretty straight forward and easy enough to build a strategy for. The dashboard is clean and sleek to easily maneuver and find what you need. Instant funded accounts right when passing eval is the best in the industry. Payout processing is also the best!

Lucid Trading is one of my favorite firms right now. Their plans are very affordable and the best part is that there is no activation fee, which saves a lot of money upfront. The trading rules are simple and fair, While I haven't requested a payout yet, the overall experience has been very smooth. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a low-cost entry into Futures trading

My experience with lucid has been nothing short of exceptional. I always go with the pro account which has one day passing and immediate activation of the funded account. Everything has been smooth so far and I really like how they are very active when it comes to innovative offers, discount. Really of the best prop firms out there.

Flex is much better than TOPSTEP. Payout process is much better. Good bang for your buck. Consistency in eval stage is top notch. Also, no consistency in funded stage is great. No daily loss limit. Look forward to getting payouts.

Propably the best prop firm in the outspace out there at the moment. Payout are rapid,rules are simple and the support most of the times is really fast and helpfull !

Customer Care: My experience with Lucid has been amazing. I haven't had a reason to contact their support, so I dont have an accurate rating for their customer service. If it is anything like the rest of their service, it will also be great. They have clear trading rules, simple to follow, and no fine print for surprise violations. When you purchase your account, it is ready to trade within 10 seconds on tradovate. All of their rules are clearly established and easy to see when buying, no surprises. When I requeted my payout, I expected to have to wait 3-5 days for it like other firms. The only drawdown was the EOD eligibility review they do. Once you are able to get a payout, another trading day must pass before you can take it. However, the moment you reqauest it, it shows up in your account within minutes. (USA experience). I will only be using Lucid as my firm of choice.

They were very attentive and responsive when it came to customer service. Additionally they processed my payout to my bank account in under 3 minutes.

Honestly, trading Lucid is one of the MOST rewarding experiences out of ALL firms. I can confidently say they take care of you as much as possible especially during the payout process. It was IMMEDIATE literally within the same minute I got the payout late at night outside of business hours. They even give you a certification from their firm on discord so you can literally see the accomplishment with your own eyes and taking your first payout and seeing that is the most rewarding feeling ever. The rules are definitely interesting and easy for the most part though I would say that I do believe they have a holding rule that you cannot hold for less than a certain duration of time for a certain percentage of profits which is very specific which is why I took off some points for that. However, their customer care is top notch giving me responses to all my emails within a couple of hours so I did appreciate that however the answers were SLIGHTLY vague, so they still have some improvement to do on their end. But, overall, I can confidently say that lucid is the best firm I have ever traded with in my life.

Lucid flex 50k is the best to get started with, 2k loss with a 3k target is not that hard to achieve with the rules they have in place it’s very easy to do so. The payouts also are lightning fast I had a payout approve in under 30 seconds
