The customer service from lucid is great, of course it is a bit slow at times but that's the same with all firms since not every firm can have a full dedicated support team active 24/7. The rules on each account are very clear and there are no hidden rules. The payout process is extremely quick as well, I got mine within minutes of requesting. The only real gripe I have with them is that the payout caps are a bit low but other than that I think they are great.
