About Smart Academy

Smart Academy will guide users from having no previous trading knowledge to understanding financial markets, futures, prop firms, stocks, options, risk management, trading psychology, and established trading strategies. Our goal is to create a self-guided experience inspired by the simplicity and progression of platforms such as Duolingo. Instead of relying on long lectures or live seminars, Smart Academy will use concise lessons, quizzes, practical scenarios, interactive exercises, challenges, and progress milestones. We want someone to be able to recommend Smart Academy to a parent, friend, or complete beginner and trust that the platform will guide them through each subject in the right order.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Smart Academy Curriculum & Learning Experience Lead to build the educational structure and content behind Smart Academy. You will determine what users need to learn, the order in which they should learn it, and how complicated trading concepts can be turned into clear and interactive lessons. This role combines curriculum planning, trading research, educational writing, and product thinking. You’ll work with SmartPropFirm’s leadership, designers, developers, traders, and specialized experts to turn the curriculum into a complete learning product. This is not a live teaching, seminar, or trading-signal role.

What You’ll Do

• Build the complete Smart Academy curriculum from beginner to advanced
• Organize subjects into clear learning paths, modules, and lessons
• Research and write concise, beginner-friendly trading education
• Cover futures, prop firms, stocks, options, market fundamentals, risk management, trading psychology, and established strategies
• Create quizzes, examples, scenarios, challenges, and interactive exercises
• Design a progression system that keeps users engaged and reinforces learning
• Work with designers and developers to turn educational concepts into product experiences
• Present trading concepts and strategies responsibly without promises of profitability
• Use learner feedback and performance to improve the curriculum over time

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of trading, financial markets, and prop firms
• Experience creating educational content, courses, curriculums, or structured learning material
• Ability to explain technical subjects to complete beginners
• Strong research, writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Understanding of quizzes, assessments, gamification, or interactive learning
• Ability to plan a large educational project and take ownership of its development
• Strong attention to accuracy and responsible financial education
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and subject-matter experts
• Reliable communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Futures, stocks, or options trading
• Instructional design or educational technology
• Financial writing or curriculum development
• Interactive learning products such as Duolingo, Brilliant, Khan Academy, or Codecademy
• Learning analytics, simulations, achievement systems, or gamification
