About SmartPropFirmTV

We’re building a lineup of live traders who can provide consistent programming throughout the day and across different global market sessions. SmartPropFirmTV will feature transparent live trading, preparation, market commentary, trade reviews, Q&As, community events, giveaways, and sponsored segments. The goal is not to present traders who win every day. We want authentic personalities who can demonstrate responsible risk management, explain their decisions, share their wins and losses honestly, and give viewers a journey worth following.

About the Role

We’re looking for skilled and engaging traders to become recurring personalities on SmartPropFirmTV. Each trader will have an agreed recurring time slot based on their market, strategy, time zone, and availability. You’ll trade live, explain what you’re watching, interact with viewers, and make each session feel like a show people want to return to. This role requires more than sharing a chart or screen. You must be able to maintain good energy, communicate naturally, welcome viewers, and remain engaging during both active and slower market conditions. Live trading is the primary responsibility. Selected traders may also host community events through Discord or the SmartPropFirm platform based on their strengths and availability.

Trading Sessions

We’re recruiting multiple traders to cover:

• New York morning session
• New York afternoon session
• Asian market session
• London market session
• Other recurring or specialized time slots
• You do not need to cover every session. We’ll work with selected traders to establish a schedule that fits their normal trading hours and can be maintained consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Livestream your trading during an assigned recurring market session
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled streams
• Explain your market preparation, setups, decisions, and risk management
• Share winning and losing sessions honestly
• Discuss mistakes and lessons without hiding poor outcomes
• Maintain strong energy and a positive attitude throughout the broadcast
• Welcome viewers and interact naturally with the live chat
• Keep the stream engaging during slower market periods
• Develop recurring segments and a recognizable personality
• Give viewers reasons to return and continue following your journey
• Participate in planning sessions, trade reviews, backtesting, and Q&As
• Host selected Discord or SmartPropFirm platform events
• Participate in giveaways, competitions, and sponsored segments
• Collaborate with SmartPropFirm’s content, marketing, and community teams
• Represent SmartPropFirm professionally and responsibly

Community Programming

Depending on your experience and interests, you may also host:

• Weekly market preparation
• Trade-review sessions
• Backtesting
• Live Q&As
• Educational discussions
• Community challenges
• Poker or gaming nights
• Giveaways
• Sponsored events
• Other original community programming
• Community hosting may be scheduled separately from your live trading session. Some traders may focus primarily on trading, while others may take a larger role in community events.

• Strong audience-interaction and conversational skills
• Reliable availability for an agreed recurring schedule
• Strong preparation, punctuality, and communication
• Interest in becoming a familiar face within the SmartPropFirm community
• Willingness to collaborate and receive feedback
• A genuine interest in building SmartPropFirmTV over the long term
• Reliable internet, clear audio, a suitable camera, and a professional streaming environment
• Previous livestreaming experience and an existing audience are helpful but not required. Traders without an established following may still apply if they are engaging, disciplined, reliable, and comfortable on camera.

Bonus Experience

• YouTube Live, Twitch, Discord Stage, X Spaces, or similar platforms
• OBS or other livestreaming software
• Trading content, podcasts, interviews, or commentary
• Futures trading and prop firms
• Educational or mentorship experience
• Discord or online community management
• Poker, gaming, tournaments, or digital events
• Social media content and audience building
• Sponsored content or brand partnerships

Long-Term Commitment

SmartPropFirmTV is being developed as a long-term part of the SmartPropFirm platform. We are not looking for temporary guest streamers or traders who only want to broadcast for a few weeks. Building a loyal audience requires consistency. Selected traders must be able to commit to an agreed recurring schedule and appear reliably over the long term. Your time slot will become part of SmartPropFirmTV’s regular programming, and viewers should know when they can return to watch you.

Compensation

Selected hosts will receive a competitive, customized monthly retainer based on their experience, streaming schedule, and level of involvement. Our goal is to provide rewarding long-term compensation that grows alongside the host and SmartPropFirmTV. Retainers may increase based on:

• Consistency and reliability
• Livestream quality and preparation
• On-camera presence and audience connection
• Viewership growth and viewer retention
• Community engagement
• Professionalism and long-term contribution
• Compensation is not tied to trading profits or winning every session. We value transparency, responsible risk management, strong engagement, and the ability to create a show viewers want to return to.
• Additional paid opportunities may be available through sponsored segments, special events, community programming, and expanded streaming schedules.
