Great dashboard, fair rules, excelent and fast support! *if you start ticker they respond very fast and are very, very helpfull payout direct to wise is strong ant it happends fast same day. My overall experience is very good

Overall Alpha Futures is a decent firm however their recent Tradovate issues has brought them down a bit. During their promotion I purchased a few evals on their new proprietary trading platform and encountered a ton of issues at launch. Their support team was quick to resolve any issues I had and the firm went above and beyond to compensate for any negative experiences users were having. I was very happy with their customer care however the trading experience on their new platform was sub par. Many times there were glitches not allowing me to enter trades, bad slippage when compared to other platforms I was taking the same trade on, delayed feature roll out and random outages. Giving credit where its due, these issue were slowly fixed over time. Their trading rules were clear and to the point. I enjoyed their flexibility on account types and their rules. During the Tradovate fiasco I requested a payout and the firm was undergoing major internal changes. Unfortunately this delayed my payout by over a week. During this time customer support was responsive and assuring my issues would get resolved however it was the longest I ever had to wait for a payout.

I got approved for a payout on multiple accounts then they banned me after approving the payout and not paying me/

I used Smart Points to get an account the day Alpha Futures stopped offering Tradovate. That was unfortunate. I chose Wealthcharts and was highly disappointed in the platform. Alpha may be a decent company, but I don't like the Wealthcharts and Alpha Trader platform choices. If you're not looking to try a new platform, you may want to use a different firm. I did have a good experience using Alpha Futures in the past on the Tradovate platform.

Solid prop firm, but unfortunately Alpha can’t quite keep up with some of the competition anymore. The support has always been very good in my experience, but the new Alpha Trader platform is unfortunately not that great. Overall, still a decent firm, but there are better options available nowadays.

Although i haven't gotten a payout from alpha futures yet, the overall experience of trading both the eval and funded accounts were very smooth and anytime i had a question, the support team was quick to answer it. good firm and i recommend

they are not a trusthworthy firm, stay away from them as they will not make it. they removed accounts and will not pay out.

alpha futures is a propfirm that you can never go wrong with, they always put customers first by listening to the community and giving them what they want.
