payout denied, they own platform is crap, will not recommend please avoid this firm as much as possible

alpha is a great and goated firm overall all the zero account rules are super good and also the customer care and over all experience is great alpha got one of the best support team in the space they have a little bit delayed on the payout payments since all the problem they have been facing lately but other than that great firm overall

Alpha futures was great. The account plans are awesome, featuring several different choices for different levels of experienced and beginner traders. I love the zero accounts because of the one day pass. My only problem that I ran into was through Tradovate, so alpha did a great job.

I’ve had a great experience with this prop firm so far. The platform is easy to use, payouts have been smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever I needed help. Overall, it’s a reliable firm and I would recommend it to other traders.

I love the zero plans as they have no consistency on the eval so you dont spend too much time passing it. very fast payout process and great support team.

I traded with Alpha Futures and the experience fell apart at the one point that matters: getting paid. I requested payouts on multiple funded accounts and they were never approved. Shortly after, Alpha pulled the premium accounts and my pending payouts went with them. An active evaluation account got closed in the same sweep. Alpha has stated refunds are going out, but so far I have received nothing, no payout and no refund on any of it. Even after the backlash, when Alpha reversed course and said the already-approved payouts would actually be paid, I still have not seen a single trader show proof of those premium account payouts landing. Approved or not, the money does not seem to be moving. The trading conditions on Tradovate were just as any other firm, but now that option has gone away as well. The rules are workable. None of that matters when you cannot withdraw and paid-for accounts vanish before anyone pays you. Until the refunds and payouts actually land, I cannot recommend Alpha Futures to anyone who plans to get paid.

Alphas great for when they have promo deals, for better pricing, they are on the higher end of price unless promos are available, payout process can be faster, downside is that they do not have tradovate anymore.

I've been trading on and off with Alpha Futures for a while now ever since they switched over to futures and I have never had any unpleasant experiences with them. Their trading rules are just good and they don't deny payouts like some other firms do. You can actually trade without worrying about getting scammed at the end. The price is also very fair for what you get. It's not overpriced like a lot of these other firms out there. You get a good shot at making money without breaking the bank just to start. I haven't had to talk to support much myself but from what others have told me they are good when you need them. People say they reply fast and don't give you the runaround. That's nice to know just in case something ever does go wrong. Overall a very reliable firm with solid rules that you can always trust. I plan to keep trading with them for a long time.

They are considered the cheapest when they offer discounts, and their trading rules are reasonable compared to other companies.
