Their support is very slow and do not assist traders. Most of the time; you are getting the run around by being forwarded to the next rep. They do try and hold themselves accountable but i think they’re overloaded. Not a fan of them right now but i think once they gain stability they will excel

zero is great as it is one day pass , standard rules accross the industry. love that requesting a payout does not bring MLL to 50000. standard account was great as you can withdraw 100% of profits

Before all the outrage of the company, I used a advanced 50k and they repected the payout time and rules. After that incident I dicided to stay with lucid

Just like Lucid, Alpha futures also was a good experience for me as a new trader in the trading industry, Although, compared to other firms, I didn't find their platform really well made but it was still manageable.

I never i have problems with alpha futures it had great costumer service and they respond fast, payouts are also quick

I've been with Alpha Trader for a while now and honestly haven't had any real issues. The only rough patch was when Tradovate ended their deal and I couldn't get into my accounts for a bit, but outside of that, everything's been smooth. Support has been great. Every time I've reached out they got back to me quickly, I haven't taken a payout myself yet, but I know several people who have and they all said the process was smooth with no headaches. Would recommend.

although i had failed the evaluation it was an amazing process on trading alpha futures. they have such an amazing platform and will definitely be buying more

Best firm for straight forward payouts but NOT the best for customer service or support. They have experienced many technical issues over the last few months and they don't hold themselves accountable for any of them nor compensate their users for inconveniences like other firms do. I had an issue last month where one of my account was reflecting the incorrect MLL on THEIR portal because they moved everyone to Alpha Trader from Tradovate and data wasnt accurately synced. So I traded based on thinking my MLL was way larger than it was and breached my account because the true MLL number (which I had no access to seeing) was much closer. All they said is that I should have just done my MLL calculation manually (for an account with over 2-3 months worth of trades and payouts). No apologies or even incentives for being forced to move to their Alpha platform that I didnt choose.
