I have been trading with apex for over a year now, they have came up now with some trader friendly rules that I appreciate them for. They are the one known in industry for giving traders maximum number of accounts. They should let the traders withdraw more as in the past rather than capping them , as they are the giant that can do it.

When I first started using prop firms, Apex was the biggest name in the space, and getting payouts wasn't a problem. But over time, they kept changing the rules, banning traders, and denying payouts left and right. There were just too many red flags to ignore. The one thing I always liked about Apex was its scalability. Other than that, I wouldn't go back. In my opinion, they've fallen well behind a lot of the newer prop firms that offer a more transparent and trader-friendly experience.

So far, my experience with Apex Trader Funding has been mixed. My original account was banned about a year ago after it was flagged for a credit card fraud issue, and I was later asked to create a new account using a different email address. I found that quite strange and confusing. I haven’t received any payouts from them yet, so I’ll update this review once I’ve gone through the payout process.

My experience with Apex Trader Funding has ultimately been a positive one. There was a period where I became concerned due to an issue that affected my account during payout processing, especially since I had already received multiple payouts and was approaching my 6th payout milestone. At the time, it was frustrating and stressful because I wasn’t sure what was happening. However, it was later clarified that this was part of a larger issue impacting multiple users, and to their credit, the situation was corrected. I successfully received my 6th payout and was able to withdraw around $5,600 from the account. One thing I do appreciate is that the firm ultimately honored the payout and resolved the issue appropriately. In the prop firm space, consistency and trust matter a lot, and my overall experience ended positively. No platform is perfect, and I think communication during larger system-wide issues can always improve, but based on my personal experience, Apex Trader Funding did make things right and followed through.

Apex is a good prop firm, especially because you can trade up to 20 accounts, which is great for scaling. What I don't like is that payouts can take longer than at some other firms. The rules can also be confusing because Apex has some restrictions that don't exist elsewhere. I was using them before they made EOD drawdown. Now whe they added EOD drawdown their pracing isn't that compative. It is solid choice if you have other accouts in top firms and you just want to scale your bussines.

Apex is one of the oldest future firm so they have a really strong reputation. They used to be known for the wrong reasons (denied payout, many rules, intraday trailling drawdown etc) they changed not too long ago! They implanted the EOD draAwdown and also modified most of their rules. This is also the only firm that kept the 100% payout split. as for customer service, they really need improvement as only email is avaialable and they could be slow to answer. Overall the experience with Apex changed and for the good. I would recommend Apex to anyone looking to scale up their trading with the 20 accounts allowance!

Where do i start - was a great firm to strat with and scale with but it seems that they kept adding rules to complicate things and deny payouts... I had a good run with them and then got the no new evals email and told i was being considered for a live account, I have tried to reach out a number of times to apex to trade with them again as the new rule changes seem very appealing. but i get the same response which seems to be a pre typed paragraph from the original email. I have yet to get a clear explanation of it from support or upper management. I know others have experienced the same thing I am, which is pretty appauling from one of the giants in the space. I did make 60+K from a 25k account and maybe thats why, it seems they like to ban profitable traders. As for rules, there rules are now pretty simple, but they have a history of changing things on the fly which hurts the trader. I would stay away personally. there are many better firms out there.

The notorious Apex. This was the first prop firm I ever traded, new nothing about this business until them. I jumped on the 90% promotion and grabbed myself a huge 250k account. I've blown a dozen of them before I realized there's something else on the market and that the trailing drawdown is not the way to go. The rules they have, or at least used to have when I traded were horrible, too many, too complicated. When I look back at the whole experience, I 'd never recommend someone to try it. I know they have new account types with EOD, but with activation fees and the overall repuation, I'd never ever come close to them again. Do not be seduced by low entry price!

Great experience with Apex , their EOD accounts were really giving me the opportunity to scale more money , I took a $50k eval , $3k profit target, and a 2,000 end-of-day trailing drawdown. The drawdown rule applies at the end of each trading day, using your closing balance number, but the next day, your equity should not fall below that number at any point during the day, this gives me a huge opportunity compare to INTRA day drawdown which i do not recommend it. Recently they did a sale which is EOD account with no activation fee , this saved up some money for me and allows me to scale up my profile. They did a great job on that. Split is awesome first $25k yours, then 90/10. My first win was delayed due to explaining the strategy and having to record the screen which felt like a bit of an invasion and it took a week. They have since revised that policy but that's what happened to me The short of it: if you are disciplined and know that the EOD trailing drawdown is following your closing equity, not a set price, it can be worth it. However, when you're sloppy, you'll be burning through evals quickly. Play small, learn the rules, and not necessarily to find it easy to win on the first go. But it is your consistency that makes all the difference. :) Looking forward on APEXXX

Apex was one of the OG firms back in the day. Multiple people had taken million dollar payouts from Apex (Jadecap, Kane, CandyTheTrader etc). But they fell so hard. Their downfall needs to be studied. Now you can no longer get uncapped payouts from Apex. They transition you to live after few payouts and the live account never comes. Apex has become the most average firm in the industry. The only plus points of Apex is that you can have 20 accounts, 100% proft split (above buffer 🤮) and low eval fees. If you are stuck in eval jail and want to trade fundeds without wasting much time and money, Apex is your firm. Their evals cost very less in 90% off sale (which is almost all the time) so you can just fullport the accounts or pass during CPI news release since there is no consistency in evals. But you have to pay activation fees after passing so the total cost is higher compared to other firms but if you fail evals a lot the overall cost comes out to be less. Go for Apex only after you've tried other better firms like Lucid, Tradeify, TPT, MFFU and want to scale up more or want to come out of eval jail. Otherwise they are just average.
