Customer service was great throughout the process. I failed one rule but still received the maximum payout After another 8 trading days on the legacy account. The trading experience overall was solid. The only downside was the payout process — it felt a bit slow compared to other firms. I received my payout about 1 week after requesting it. Would trade with them again, especially because of how they handled the rule violation and the good support.

My overall experience with Apex has been positive. The evaluation process is straightforward, the trading rules are clearly outlined, and the platform provides a good environment for traders to develop discipline and consistency. I appreciate the different account options and the overall structure of the program. Customer support has also been useful when I needed clarification. Overall, Apex has provided me with a solid prop trading experience and a good opportunity to work on my risk management and trading skills.

They were good with their Legacy accounts which they are bringing it back for limited time period. They should improve or bring some changes to their Live program.

Very tricky firm in terms of managing your own expenses. Intraday plans seem good and cheap, but for new traders, they are a trap. But the ROI is awesome

I worked with Apex in the past because I honestly thought it was one of the best options, but that was a year or two ago. Nowadays, at the end of 2026, I think there are a lot of other options out there, much better ones, that could be worth betting on. That said, I still keep in mind that Apex has a big advantage compared to all the other companies, and that's letting you replicate trades and hold a maximum number of accounts. I think that's its biggest strength, but honestly, if you asked me to choose, it's not in my top five today the way it was two years ago. Either way, I do plan to work with them again at some point — they're always one of the solid options I'll bet on.

I've been really impressed with the changes Apex has made. The rules are so much more straightforward now compared to before it's a lot easier to trade with confidence when you're not second-guessing whether you're about to break some rule. On top of that, they still let you scale to more accounts than anyone else in the space, which is huge if you're trying to build real size as a trader. The one thing I'd love to see improved is payout speed. If they can tighten that up, this would honestly be one of the best prop firms out there, hands down.

I passed my fist ever eval it was a 300k intraday trail account on the smart prop firm website i can't see that account anymore. I like apex trader funding cause they are in this industry for so long and have paid 832M. I was really skeptical about their reviews on trustpilot but with the apex 2.0 now i might be sure that everyone will be paid. The only thing i don't like is the intraday trailing accounts but now they even give the options between the intraday and EOD trail. Overall, Apex Trader Funding is a strong option for disciplined futures traders who understand the rules and manage risk carefully. I would rate it 7.5/10 based on affordability, flexibility, reputation, and overall value, while keeping payout procedures and drawdown rules in mind.
