Apex Trader Funding Reviews

I've used Apex Trader Funding and my experience has been positive overall. One thing I like about Apex is that the account setup is simple to understand once you go through the rules, and there are plenty of account sizes and options depending on how you trade. For me, the main thing with any prop firm is knowing exactly how the drawdown works and what the payout requirements are before placing trades. Apex does have rules you need to pay attention to, so I definitely think traders should read everything properly instead of just buying an account and figuring it out later. The dashboard and general process were easy enough to use, and the firm is well known in the futures prop space, which was one of the reasons I tried it in the first place. Overall, I had a solid experience. I think Apex can be a good fit for traders who are disciplined, understand risk management, and are comfortable following the account rules carefully.

Like any prop firm, you still need to understand the rules and manage your risk properly, but my experience with them has been positive so far.

I love their scaling method. Only prop firm which allows 20 accounts. And the picing is also great for begineers

Ive been using Apex since long time now. They are pretty reliable and the trading rules are pretty clear and honest. I would reccommend.

Apex is one of those firms which is hard to ignore. The only prop firm which offers 20 accounts to scale. Have tried their 50K Intraday DD accounts (legacy accounts) and would only recommend to go for EOD accounts. Trading by itself is extremely hard. Don't add variables which make sit even more tough. Go for the EOD accounts only even if they are more expensive. The new Apex is better as the rules are mechanical with almost a STP of payouts. One thing to note is you are not allowed to DCA in funding stage on the new EOD accounts else your payout gets rejected. The live program is not a good one. Hopefully, they will improve it.

Customer service was great throughout the process. I failed one rule but still received the maximum payout After another 8 trading days on the legacy account. The trading experience overall was solid. The only downside was the payout process — it felt a bit slow compared to other firms. I received my payout about 1 week after requesting it. Would trade with them again, especially because of how they handled the rule violation and the good support.
