Bad... They had their time before they started to get rinsed off in 2024/2025. They started banning people that didn't even pull a lot of money out of their programs and I was one of them in fall 2024 when they added the new consistency rule. Their programs are cheap, the leverage is huge but the conditions you will find yourself in once you are funded are horrible. Risks of denials, poor communication, permanent ban with no explanations. I would avoid at all cost today, there are much more trustworthy firms out here. The most important factor when trading for a prop is knowing that you will be considered and paid out on time, with Apex this guarantee is long gone.

I would recommend trading with apex if you are looking for leverage through multiple accounts since they allow up to 20 PA’s. Their platform is ok, but definitely not as good as some of the other firms out there - It updates at the end of the day. Their email support is also reasonable, they answered my query within 48 hours. They also removed some of their less trader friendly rules and are now more competitive in the futures prop firm space. They are definitely a company I would recommend but not as your first firm because their are easier ones to take payouts from.

Apex Trader Funding is one of the best prop firms out there. Their platform is extremely reliable with great execution, and the rules are fair and straightforward. Payouts are fast and consistent — I usually get my profit split within 24-48 hours. The evaluation process is challenging but realistic, and their support team is quick to respond whenever needed. I've been able to scale my account multiple times without any issues. If you're serious about futures trading and want a trustworthy prop firm with fast payouts and solid infrastructure, Apex is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Review for apex
My experience with Apex Trader Funding has been highly impressive, reflecting a strong 9.3/10 overall performance. They consistently prove why they are one of the most prominent names in the futures prop firm industry. The overall user experience is top-tier, easily earning a perfect 10/10. The platform and account dashboard run exceptionally smooth, with zero lag and great stability. The clarity of real-time trading information and account metrics makes daily execution completely seamless and hassle-free. When it comes to customer care, the support team is highly responsive and professional, resolving any technical or account queries with great efficiency. Their trading rules are solid and structured to keep traders disciplined. While the guidelines across evaluation and funded stages are firm and require strict risk management, they remain fair and transparent for anyone committed to consistent growth. Apex Trader Funding provides an outstanding infrastructure for serious futures traders looking to scale their business.

Apex Trading was a complete disappointment. I successfully passed the evaluation and requested a $3,000 payout, but it was suddenly denied with vague rule violations. After that, I stopped trading with them entirely. Many other traders report the same issues — repeated payout denials, sudden rule changes, ghost orders, and terrible support. Not worth the stress. Strongly avoid Apex

I've had a very positive experience with Apex Trader Funding so far. One of the biggest advantages is the low-cost evaluation accounts and the ability to manage multiple funded accounts at the same time. What I liked most: ✅ Frequent discounts on evaluation accounts, making it affordable to scale up. ✅ Fast account setup and a straightforward evaluation process. ✅ Ability to trade futures products through supported platforms such as NinjaTrader. ✅ Multiple account scaling opportunities for experienced traders. ✅ Responsive support whenever I had account-related questions. The main challenge with Apex is maintaining discipline and respecting the drawdown rules. If you have a solid risk management strategy, the program can be an excellent way to access larger amounts of trading capital without risking a large personal account.

Review for apex
I've been trading evaluations with Apex Trader Funding for a while now and wanted to share an honest take from someone still in the trenches. I haven't reached a payout yet, but that's on my trading discipline, not the platform. The evaluation structure is straightforward with clear profit targets, defined drawdown rules, and the dashboard gives you a clean picture of where you stand every session. What I appreciate most is that the rules don't change on you mid-evaluation. You know exactly what you're signing up for. The biggest challenge has been managing my own consistency. Some days I've come close to hitting the target, then given back gains by overtrading near the end of the week. That's the real test Apex is built around is not just trading profitably, but trading with discipline under pressure. In hindsight, that's actually valuable. Their support has been responsive whenever I had questions about the rules or account status. The monthly evaluation reset options are also a decent safety net if you blow a target, but I would advice buying new ones cause they are cheaper. No payout to report yet, but I'm committed to getting there. If you're disciplined and serious about building funded trading as a skill, Apex gives you a fair arena to prove it. Just don't expect it to be easy — that's the point.

Review for apex
I've had a very positive experience with Apex. The rules are fair, the trading environment is excellent, and the overall experience has been great. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only area I think could be improved is the dashboard. It can feel a bit confusing and not as intuitive as some other firms, especially when trying to quickly find specific information. A cleaner and more user-friendly layout would make the experience even better. Overall, Apex remains one of the best prop firms I've used, and I would definitely recommend it to other traders.

The best part about this prop firm was when they let you trade 20 accounts and make big payouts, I never actually got a big payout from them, lol, but they changed the rules, and trading is already complicated enough without the funding firm making it even harder. Plus, it’s like Russian roulette trying to figure out whether they’ll approve your payout or not.

By far one of the most controversial prop firms. Despite some of the negativity around them they still do payout. Also they offer the ability to get huge funded size with 20 accounts. Some downsides the payout time is just quite crazy compared to the norm, usually ends up being 2 weeks+ to get paid. The old intraday rules were very complicated and really required some time to understand. the new eod accounts are more straightforward but the prices are now not quite as competitive. Previously they would have some amazing sales now it seems consistently expensive when comparing the eval+activation prices. I have not yet personally dealt with this but there seems to be some major concerns with live accounts. I still trade apex and get payouts from them but I do understand the criticism. Its worthwhile to trade apex but make sure to understand the rules and dont put all your focus there
