Review for apex
Apex Trader Funding has been a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The support team is responsive and helpful every time I've reached out — quick replies and knowledgeable answers make a real difference. The platform is one of the smoothest I've used, with a clean dashboard, stable execution, and easy navigation whether you're reviewing performance or managing multiple accounts. The trading rules are fair and reasonable, covering evaluation and funded stages clearly without any surprises. Apex feels like a firm that actually wants its traders to succeed, and that comes through in every interaction. A strong choice for any serious futures trader.

Apex is a decent prop firm. I wouldn't put them in the top 5 but I do like the fact that they allow 20 accounts. Their reputation nowadays exists for a reason. I was trading with them in 2024 and they were a lot better back then in my opinion. There is too much competition now with better reputations and higher trust factor.

Review for apex
Apex was one of the first firms I got accounts with when I started trading Futures. My experience has been great overall the rules were a bit confusing at that time with MAE and other rules but with the new Apex Update the Rules are pretty much straight forward also the accounts are at 90% most of the time so worth giving a shot if you are a beginner as it has very low entry barrier. Being able to trade upto 20 accounts is great. Apex is one of the few firms that allow these many account to be traded at once. The Rules now are good, The accounts are cheap this is basically the firm beginners should start at who have low capital or are still in learning phase. The customer support tho is not very good it takes days to get a reply. And with the recent Live account transition of many trader their reputation has taken a huge hit but its still worth giving them a shot. You will be paid out by them as long as you are following the rules.

I have traded apex's 50k intraday trailing drawdown accounts. they are bit tough to trade because of intraday trailing drawdown. also as per the industry's standards now apex's pricing is bit higher in comparison to other firms like lucid and tradeify. the total cost of apex's 50k less but after passing the account to activate them traders needs to pay activation fees that is bit expensive. lucid and tradeify offers better plans with traders friendly rules. and apex also requires buffer to get eligible for payout whereas other firms just requires 5 winning days of at least $150.

Review for apex
When i was a beginner trader, there was nothing i recommended more than this firm, they have the cheapest evals on the market but with an activation fee, this is good because you are paying cheap to prove to yourself that you are profitable or while you are still learning to pass an eval it is a cheap option, so that when you finally pass, only then must you pay the activation fee, but since you passed and proved profitability, the activation fee (which is very acceptable for a 50k account) is now reasonable to pay considering your future potential upside. This review is specifically for the Apex EOD accounts. The evaluation is beginner-friendly because there is no consistency rule, no minimum trading-day requirement and can be passed in one day by reaching the target while respecting the EOD drawdown and daily loss limit. The EOD model is also much better than an intraday trailing drawdown because the threshold is calculated at market close, giving the trader more freedom during the session. Another huge advantage is the allocation. Apex allows up to 20 active Performance Accounts, which is one of the best scaling opportunities in the industry. A profitable trader can build a large allocation across multiple EOD 50K accounts rather than depending on one account, although the 20-account limit applies across all Apex PAs combined. The payout structure is strong but has requirements. On the EOD 50K PA, you keep 100% of approved payouts and can qualify after 5 trading days making at least $250 on each day. The minimum payout is $500, the account must reach at least $52,600, a 50% consistency rule applies and each PA is limited to 6 payouts, with the payout cap increasing from $1,500 on the first request to $3,000 on the sixth. Overall, the cheap evaluation, one-time activation fee, EOD drawdown and ability to hold up to 20 PAs make this one of the best firms for learning, proving profitability and eventually scaling with crazy fast payouts.

Apex was one of the first firms that I started out with in my trading journey due to the cheap inexpensive pricing, but that is the case for a reason. Overall Apex is a very sketchy firm that has made retroactive rule changes and very vague and complicated rules to be able to trip up inexperienced traders. They also have one of the longest payout times in the entire industry, though their customer care isn't horrible and their availability for platforms is pretty decent as well. Overall unless you are super inexperienced and simply want a cheap option for an evaluation as you grow your psychology or are so experienced you are trying to scale up tons of accounts there is simply no reason to go with apex and there are a bunch of objectively better options for a cheaper price.

Review for apex
Apex Trading has been a solid prop firm in my experience. The platform is easy to use, and the overall trading conditions are competitive. I would rate their customer support 7/10 because they usually respond in a reasonable time and are helpful when issues arise. One of the strongest aspects of Apex is scalability. The ability to manage and scale across multiple accounts makes it a very good choice for traders looking to grow their operations over time. Overall, a reliable firm with excellent scalability and good trading opportunities.

Review for apex
Apex Trader Funding has been an amazing experience for me so far. The rules are clear, the platform is easy to use, and the pricing is very competitive compared to other prop firms. I had no issues during the evaluation process, and everything worked smoothly from start to finish. What impressed me the most was the payout process — my payout requests were approved within seconds, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company. The whole process felt fast, professional, and transparent. The problem which started to appear now is pricing, it’s higher and higher everymonth Overall, I’m very satisfied with Apex and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable futures prop firm.
