Prices are good but i got a bad experience with the firm it self, customer support didnt helped me and my account got breached with out a good reason

My experience with Support is a little mixed. There are real competent support members and others ;) In my case my first contact via live chat was really bad. He didn’t even read my messages and just sent me some FAQs. Wasted like two hours. I contacted support then via Email and they helped me in minutes. Payouts are absolutely stress free. Would recommend the firm absolutely!

I used to trade with Blue Guardian Futures back when they were offering ProjectX, and at that time, they were one of the cheapest options in the market for a $50K account, with no activation fee. Their support was also good, and their pricing was noticeably cheaper than firms like Topstep. Since they stopped offering ProjectX, I haven’t traded with them again, so I can’t personally comment on my experience with their current platform or trading environment. Their prices have also gone up compared to when I used them. That said, their Reserve Accounts are currently getting a lot of attention, and their bundle packages look like something worth checking out, especially for traders looking to get multiple accounts at a better overall price. I’m definitely planning to give Blue Guardian Futures another try soon and see how their current offering compares to what I experienced with them in the past.

I’ve had a good experience with Blue Guardian so far. The overall trading conditions and platform are good, and the support team has been helpful. Just a couple of suggestions that would make it even better: the live chat should be available after logging in, as currently we have to log out to access it. Also, I think the 5-day inactivity rule in the funded phase should be removed. Traders should be able to wait for good setups instead of trading just to avoid inactivity. Overall, a solid prop firm and I’m happy with my experience so far.

Excellent experience overall. The payout process is straightforward and fast, while customer care is super responsive whenever needed. Transparent trading rules make it easy to stay on track.

25k réserves accounts were great with 1500 drawdown and 1500 profit target but they reduce the drawdown to 1000 without announcement, too bad

earlier 25k account had 1500 USD drawdown. Now they have decreased it. however firm is good overall.
