I would definitely recommend this firm. Have gotten multiple payouts. Very reliable, consistent rules over long periods of time. The most important factor for me has been their platform projects which is the best out there. Really love the firm and always go back to topstep.

Like many, Topstep was my first prop firm. They went through many changes, good and bad, over the years, but to date, I think they are still the best when it comes to stability and trustworthiness. Its good old days are gone and over. However, even after the recent, significantly worse changes to their payout policies and live program, their payout amounts and live program are still the best (or about the same as the top ones) in the business. Their customer service used to be very slow, but it's now almost acceptable. Their payout speed used to be 2-4 business days (U.S.), but the most recent payout that I used Aeropay, it was about an hour, which is not as fast or instant as Lucid, but still pretty much instant. I sometimes find their messaging/PR to be patronizing and disingenuous (e.g., we are changing the rules for the trader’s benefit, etc.). However, ultimately, if you’ve been in the prop game for meaningful time, you know how it works.

The Topstep X platform is the best platform I've used. However, the accounts are more expensive compared to other propfirms, and the payout take a very long time to review. There was a period of time that the platform had some technacasl issues however, they compensated the customers.

I am using Topstep almost 3 years, they have best payout system, when you request payout it takes only couple seconds to approval and deposit your account, they also increased payout caps when you add DLL which is amazing

Topstep is a great firm and has been around the longest. They are very reputable and they do payout. They have been changing their rules and prices recently which is a bit annoying but at the end of the day they have great accounts and will pay out profitable traders. I would recommend Top Step to experienced traders only.

I’ve had a good experience with this firm overall. The platform has been smooth and easy to use, and I haven’t had issues finding what I need. The trading rules are clear , which makes it easier to understand. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I’ve reached out. The only area I think could improve is the payout process, as it can take a bit longer than expected. Other than that, the experience has been positive and reliable, and I’d recommend it.

I JUST LOVE THEIR TOPSTEPX PLATFORM. THERE ARE OTHER GOOD FIRMS WITH THE SAME RULES AS TOPSTEP BUT I CHOOSE TOPSTEP JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR TOPSTEPX AND REPUTATION IN MARKET

Love topstep aswell, their pricing is a bit high thats the only bad thing, but their trading platform and customer support is good.
