I have traded with many Future Prop Firms, and I got Payouts on multile of them, but the most money I´ve made with Topstep and also for me the Project X Plattform is really good

Topstep was the first firm I started trading with. Overall I really like the setup. The $3,000 profit target and $2,000 maximum loss limit feel reasonable, and being able to trade up to 5 minis or 50 micros gives plenty of flexibility with position sizing. The 50% consistency target in the Combine is also pretty manageable once you understand how it works. One thing I’m not a huge fan of is the monthly subscription model if it takes you longer to pass, but Topstep has been around for a long time and has built a strong reputation in the futures funding space. I also like that after passing you move into an Express Funded Account and can work toward real payouts, with traders keeping 90% of their profits under the current payout structure. Overall, the Topstep 50K is one of the better all-around accounts in my opinion. The rules are straightforward, the drawdown is manageable with proper risk management, and the company’s track record makes me feel more comfortable trading with them compared to newer firms.

I like topstep because they have projectX and good rules its a little more expensive than lucid trading but the rules are almost the same

Topstep have always been the big player setting the standard. I had a break with them but returned recently and can say that their TSX system has improved dramatically. They've restructured their products and are now back in the mix leading the way in the industry.

Topstep is an old firm, they've been around for more than 10 years and all I can say, if you're looking for the most reliable firm with great decent pricing. Topstep is the number 1. As a beginner, their platform makes it easier to trade, to manage your risk. All I can say, everyone should include Topstep in their prop.

I had my first account with Topstep in 2018, when there was still a 2 step eval, and there weren't many options out there. Topstep is the creator of this space, and they deserve all the credit for being the first ones with this concept. That being said, the recent changes have made it hard to continue with them, since they require TopstepX and no longer offer connections through Tradovate or Rithmic. The only way that I would trade with Topstep would be if I really needed to scale to the last drop, and had a cloud-based trade copier that could copy these accounts for me. Since I prefer to use Ninja with Tradovate and Rithmic, or multiple Rithmic logins through Quantower, it just doesn't make sense to try and add this additional TopstepX platform simply to trade on Topstep. These guys are the OG in the space, they get my respect for that. Just wish they were more open-minded on which platforms their traders are allowed to use.

During a technical outage that affected my trading, their team handled the situation professionally and even **restored my losses caused by the platform issue**. That level of fairness and customer care gave me a lot of confidence in the firm. I also think their **$50K account** is competitively priced, especially since **there's no activation fee** after getting funded. It keeps the overall cost lower compared to many other firms. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the pricing model. I think it would be even better if they offered a **one-time purchase option** instead of the recurring monthly evaluation fee, giving traders more flexibility in how they choose to participate. Overall, Topstep is one of the most professional futures prop firms in the industry. Between the excellent TopstepX platform, fair customer support, and competitive pricing, it's a firm I'd confidently recommend to traders looking for a reliable funding partner.

I've been trading with Topstep since 2024 and have had a very positive experience overall. I've received many payouts during that time and have never had a payout denied. That consistency and reliability is one of the biggest reasons I continue to trust Topstep. They're also one of the more established names in the industry, which gives me confidence knowing they've been around for years and have a proven track record of paying traders. TopstepX is another major positive. The platform is clean, fast and built specifically for futures traders. The risk settings are especially useful. You can set personal daily loss limits, profit targets, contract limits and trade limits, and even lock yourself out of trading for the remainder of the session. These tools are genuinely helpful for preventing overtrading and keeping emotions from turning one bad trade into a bad day. I also think the pricing is very reasonable, especially with the options Topstep has introduced for traders who choose a Daily Loss Limit (DLL). Currently, adding a DLL can give you discounted pricing while also doubling your payout caps once funded. I like that Topstep is actually rewarding traders for putting stronger risk controls in place. Customer service has also been excellent in my experience. Whenever I've had an issue, their team has been responsive and has worked to get it resolved. After trading with Topstep for a couple of years, they've earned my trust. Reliable payouts, good pricing, excellent risk-management tools, a great trading platform and responsive support make Topstep an easy company for me to recommend.

I have been trading with TS since 2024, they are one of my top notch firm when it came to payout, no question ask just pay. They also had a simple rule compare to the other firm and their trading platform TopStepX was very user friendly and easy to use. Overall experience was good so far, never face any issue with the account and payout, they are reliable and trustworthy firm to trade with.
